We had a great stay with a stunning view of the sea. This hotel has a perfect location as it is right at the beach and near the city center, making it easy to get around. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We also enjoyed the tasty breakfast and found the staff to be very helpful and accommodating.

It's also situated near the city center, making it convenient for exploring. the rooms offer a range of facilities such as air conditioning and Wi-Fi, which provide a comfortable stay.

Some aspects could be improved, such as the lack of swimming pool facility available on the premises.

Best aspects: We had a wonderful Christmas experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located, only a short walk from the beach and in a great area for exploring. The room was clean and cozy, and we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi.

Worst aspects: Unfortunately, there were a few negative aspects to our stay. The air conditioning in our room was leaking water, which made the floor quite slippery.

Location and Views Spent Christmas break at a hotel in Cox's Bazar and enjoyed the prime location that offered easy access to the beach. the views of the beach from the balcony were breathtaking and made our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel breakfast had a decent variety of options to choose from, which was a plus.

Poor Service and Old Equipment Unfortunately, the service was below par. Our room wasn't cleaned during our two-night stay and the receptionist wasn't helpful at all.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, as it was right on the beach. We couldn't believe how close we were to the sea, it was breathtaking. The hotel staff were very attentive and provided excellent room service. The housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring that our room was always clean and well-maintained. We also appreciated the convenience of the grocery shopping service and laundry facilities. The airport shuttle service was a great perk and made our travels much smoother. The room amenities were fantastic, especially the ironing facilities and air conditioning. We felt right at home with the comfortable beds and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. The flat-screen TV and AM/FM alarm clock added to the overall convenience and comfort of our stay. This place truly exceeded our expectations.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
